Cancellation Policy

At Everstream Solutions, we deliver high-quality photography and media services to showcase properties at their best. To ensure clarity and professionalism, the following policy applies to all real estate photography bookings: 1. Quotes & Pricing Photography services are billed hourly. Hourly Rate: $150/hr (2-hour minimum, $75 per additional half-hour). Includes professional editing and standard delivery within 48 hours. Quotes are valid for 30 days. 2. Client Responsibilities Properties must be clean, staged, and photo-ready prior to the scheduled session. The photographer is not responsible for cleaning, decluttering, or staging unless requested as an additional service. Property access must be arranged (keys, lockbox, or owner/agent present). 3. Service Conditions Standard sessions cover one property visit; revisits due to unprepared properties may incur additional fees. Weather may affect drone or twilight shoots; rescheduling for weather is at no extra cost. Travel beyond [X miles radius] may include a mileage surcharge. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling More than 48 hours’ notice: No fee. 24–48 hours’ notice: 25% of quoted fee. Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of quoted fee. No-show or property not ready at appointment: 100% of quoted fee. 5. Payment Terms Payment is due upon delivery of final images/media, unless otherwise agreed. Deposits may be required for large projects or bundled packages. All forms of payment are accepted, including cash, debit/credit, bank transfer, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, and checks. 6. Licensing & Usage Everstream Solutions retains the copyright to all images. Clients receive a license for marketing use (MLS, print, websites, social media). Images may not be resold, transferred, or used for purposes outside real estate marketing without prior written consent. 7. Liability & Limitations Everstream Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible properties, unsafe conditions, or client-requested changes. For aerial/drone photography, all flights are subject to FAA regulations and weather conditions. Technical issues beyond our control (equipment failure, file corruption) will be rescheduled or refunded. 8. Agreement to Terms By booking real estate photography with Everstream Solutions, clients agree to the terms of this policy.
